Managers don't have genuine reasons not to give work from home. They don't listen to others. If they have some thinking in their mind, they impose it on the team. They call people in the office for meetings. If other people are online they can't hear other's voice properly. They don't care if people understood or not in the meeting or they heard others or not. Late-night meetings. They fire without any notice. Frequent re-organization. Toxic work culture in some teams. Entry is good but exit would be hell. No buyout. No annual gift, outing only work and die.
