This company have a very good work life balance and work load is splitted among the team. The Managing Director is a Very knowledgeable person, and his standard of product expectations and support to bring out the highest quality out is good to brush our skills to next levels ahead.

This is a 15+year old company and has very minimal benefits for the staffs, a lot of senior junior discrimination and gender unequality , uneducated labour,unequal basic facilities for seniors and juniors, unpolite behaviour negligence due to seniority

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
