There are flexible timing in Ahmedabad branch.

Dislikes

The list is too long.....no fix time for salary, it may delay for 15-20 days also and no management for completion of a site. Site may get delayed for months and months. No reimbursement is paid for the travel done which is very often (almost everyday for 20kms). The so called manager doesn't pick calls of the agencies or clients and no payments are made on time to the agencies and as a result the work gets delayed on site. The clients are in tears because the work doesn't gets over and the owner doesn't even care for any of the site and same is with the manager. No one picks calls from the upper management and no one takes responsibility to get the work done. Afterall designer is told to deal with the clients and listen to there complaints but nothing is in their hand, they are just kept to listen the complains...Read More
