There is no unity between mine planning team and mine operations, to compliance to mine planning is poor,this is so because of top leaders who don't ensure people are accountable for the work.Furthermore, salaries for engineers are poor.

You work long hours at times,mine plans are changed abruptly, making the working hectic. There is a good training program for engineers
