Our line manager Amit Sur who was fired recently for integrity issue and was highly incompetent…he used to give all his work to us and never help us… also had major attitude issues. After his termination by the higher management due to repeated escalations … made us appreciate the sincere att itude of the seniors who monitored all the escalated issues closely…there is no major reason to dislike the operation at present just wish they were more prompt in taking action</mark>....Read More

Great work environment, Really fun to work here. You get to learn new things and most importantly you are trusted with new opportunities. Employee perks are also great.

Dislikes

A bit too lenient towards few of the terminated ex employee who did their best to tarnish the image of the company by spreading fake negative reviews. However things looking different lately with a change in the senior management team lately.

The work culture is extremely friendly, even during the lockdown when other companies were terminating employees and deducting salaries, Bariza paid full salary. I will be always grateful to the company for supporting all its employees during difficult times.

Dislikes

The company has given option to employees to choose between work from home and attaining the office. I want to request the management to make work from office mandatory.
