1.In Bariflo labs, there is no proper management team members. Only knowledge less peoples are in managing position. 2.you can't get the documents properly. 3. You can't get salary properly. 4. You need to spend money for Bariflo labs company. And need to beg them to get back that. 5. Y ou can't get respect for hard work. 6. You need to do bull work under lot of criticism in unbearable environments. 7.you can't get privacy. You need to stay at there place and ready to work at any time they want. 8.You can't do work-life balance in bariflo labs. You need to do work-bull work balance. 9.You can only one thing regularly that is frustration. There you can get this daily even without asking them. 10. If you want to relieve finally, you need to sacrifice your last month salary. They go to any extreme to avoid to provide your last month salary.
