1. They tell you something at the time of recruitment (HR error) n once u join you pay for the HRs mistake 2. They will not consider shifts for Indian festivals 3. Promotions mostly depends on ur cordination with management n less on the skills. 4. Lunch break is as per UK timings. Pathetic work life balance, shifts keep rotating almost every week, management is not empathetic when it comes to your needs. People are busy making personal relationships so professionalism goes for a toss. No room for growth.

No work ll be valued or your work never been recognized by anyone no matter how hard you work if you don't have managers back can't survive. If you work hard or not simply please u have please your manager

No positive side of you will be considered. Managers never recognize people simply extract work and they reach higher position not all people are benefited by company.

Overall good Workplace. Some folks are brilliant with their behaviour.

Two Folks that were my Manager Marrof Joiya and Ronica Johnson are the worst along with few others who are taking their position for granted and try to show that they can do whatever they wish with no one questioning them. Some have toe licking attitude to please or play safe. If you are looking for long term so its not a long term place to work as these people make Workplace toxic.
