IBM OFFER RENEGOTIATION

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the managerAfter that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours .Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all ...

So, there’s this colleague who seems to be going behind my back. They’re emailing the line manager and complaining about everything I do, decisions, situations, even my work. It feels like they’re keeping tabs on me just to criticize.What’s the best way to deal with someone like this? Should I confront them or just keep doing my thing?

Okay, so I have this colleague sitting right in front of me, and he doesn’t stop talking all day. I’ve tried putting on headphones, but this guy still waves his hands in front of my face like, “Oye Oye, ek baat sun !” Leaving my desk isn’t an option because my work would suffer, and there’s no extra space in the office to relocate.How do I politely deal with this without causing awkwardness or making it seem like I’m being rude?
