The colleagues here are very friendly and helpful as well.

The managers here are very toxic and not at all supportive. They made false promises of growth and development and never helped the new comers whenever they needed guidance. Instead they taunt us for not being able to deal with the issue by ourselves. No work life balance at all. Instead they force us to work overtime without any overtime pay several times. There aren't any causal leaves or sick leaves. Sometimes, the workers are made to work even on Sundays without any extra pay. The whole job description wasn't specified at the time of joining. In the name of physical and mental well being, they literally spread toxic positivity and try to brainwash the employees. Any kind of work can be done to earn money but not at the cost of your mental health. Think before joining here....Read More
