Working culture in the Bank is in line with the country . People are lazy, slow, lacs Dynamism . Job satisfaction is extremely poor. In fine, except money nothing is there. Every 6months interval a fear of loss of job is planted in the minds of the expats by the name Saudiaization.

Work Details

I worked in Credit Risk Department but the contribution of risk officer is very limited because the management goes as per their plan and no not recognise the observation of the Risk Officer

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
