Good skilled manpower but too much government intervention prevents the bank to achieve true potential.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

HR and IT management and services standards are not as per Industry standards. Higher Executives are too much stressed by the DFS. CVC intervention is killing the productive yield in the employees.

The joining and transfer policy of the bank, throwing clerks away from home at the beginning of their career and not listening to the miseries of the employee. Worst HR.
