There is acute staff shortage in bank. You are quickly given responsibility of higher scales.which may lead to non performance. You may not get time to spend with family. Salary and perks are as good as nothing with respect to responsibility you discharge.very poor hrm, there is no guideline about skills require for specific role, anyone can be posted anywhere in any dept regardless their interest and skills.thus if you are good in the eyes of authority or you have some one inside the management you get posted wherever you want and others are posted at toughest post.
