The Bank has room for improvement in several areas. One notable concern is the allocation of meaningful work for managers. It appears that majority of managers, DHs and DLs are involved in internal politics rather than focusing on the success of the bank, which can be disheartening for employees who strive to make genuine contributions without resorting to flattery.

Dislikes

One major area of dissatisfaction is the perception that growth opportunities favor favorites and those who engage in excessive flattery towards their superiors. It would be beneficial for the organization to place a greater emphasis on recognizing talent and hard work across the board. The current system, where recognition, awards,promotions, and salary increases appear to be concentrated among a select few, has contributed to a toxic and demotivating workplace culture. If i start there is no ending in short people who love technology don't join you will die seeing the tech which they are using people who are starting their carrier better don't join you will get paid for opening your laptop no good tech no learning curve nothing worst as hell. people who are 35-40+ who don't want to switch anymore and want to retire join here and maker sure you get highlighted for good increment numbers Managers are super Dumb don't know T of technology and speak like founder of tesla and amazon exist here where technology die this is the place if you want to enjoy your life this place is for you.
