Career advise for early years

Hi folks!! Want one advise for my early years in corporate. I am 23 yrs old and I am working in BofA for couple of years now and this is my first job. I have deep interest and skills to excel in core finance role (investment management) but the role at BofA is completely unrelated to it. To prove my metal, I have cleared CFA level 1&2 in my first attempt with top percentile (+MBA) but kind of stuck for right opportunity. Can anyone advise how should I approach to making a shift to my desired work (asset mgt)?

You can look for projects within BofA that might have a financial analysis or investment component, even if it's tangentially related. This can help you gain practical experience and showcase your skills.

You’re on the right track with CFA! Try networking within BofA or apply for finance roles that connect to asset management. Look for projects or internships to get experience.

I would suggest you to look for finance-related roles at BofA that can give you exposure to asset management tasks.
