The organization starts with latest technologies and innovation and nice and cooperative culture developed where all the employers felt secure and growth oriented. but later on as the management changed,the culture vanished and due to management from different institutions joined and ultimately can not developed a single culture. politics raised,leg pulling, over taking and back biting as well as threats to employers raised and finally down sizing implemented.
Now the bank is not as that position as before and not satisfactory jobs there....Read More

Just for the sake of cost cutting, the organizational behavior became rubbish and threatened therefore no one can take decision and oriented about his or her job security.

Except last 5 years spent there with the terrible atmosphere because of change of management. Otherwise overall learnt a lot there.
