The organization starts with latest technologies and innovation and nice and cooperative culture developed where all the employers felt secure and growth oriented. but later on as the management changed,the culture vanished and due to management from different institutions joined and ultimately can not developed a single culture. politics raised,leg pulling, over taking and back biting as well as threats to employers raised and finally down sizing implemented. Now the bank is not as that position as before and not satisfactory jobs there.

Dislikes

Just for the sake of cost cutting, the organizational behavior became rubbish and threatened therefore no one can take decision and oriented about his or her job security.

Bank Alfalah is the largest organisation in Pakistan and having largest market coverage, its being ownered to have the part of dis bank and facing different faces during the job positively

Dislikes

In every organisation there is a manopoly among the employees giving them not frequent growth even have the favorite persons to promote. Its very very and unfare for those who deserve the growth and promotions atleast after every two years.

It's a MNC company head quarter in Pakistan and having country offices in Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Bahrain, and UAE

Dislikes

Working environment was highly Conservative as management policy towards achieving results was never appreciated.
