There is many international issues like after training placement problem, Management dont give time to provide new candidate. They sent me threating mail. Only for this reason continue new joining happens.

If I have the capability to learn then it's perfect to learn and understand the work..But there has lots of working pressure..Best thing is that the date of salary and the perfection of salay is too good.. but the growth the very slow ... Office culture is depends on as per center in charge's quality.

For me everything is so good for so far. As a female employee I can say it's very secure. Apart from that, management is also very good. I always get help whenever I contacted with my superior boss. BandhaKonnagar is very comfortable for female employee.

The use of higher level staff are very bad does not give any importance to low level staff . did not get any cooperation whoes working in field level . However the workers of women branch get special discount and collaboration from the higer level staff.
