There is literally nothing which is worth working in this organisation

Dislikes

The work pressure wont allow you to have a personal life. They ask you to work 6 days 9.5 hrs but they make you work atleast 11-12 hrs a day and wont let you sit idle after working hours as they will have so much work as they are always underemployed. The best part is you will be working on sat nights and sun too atleast twice a month or could be even more . The managers and Hr are even worse as even after working all day they will be humiliating you infront of everyone it will definitly make you question yourself...are yoh even worthy enough??? New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
