Everything. An amateur young couple in the name of Directors, who doesn't even have any knowledge of the Industry or either the company's basic culture. They want to make the most luxurious brand in the industry without any luxury element. They don't know the basic working culture, they don't know how to speak, they don't know what they actually want, they don't know what should be their business strategy, they don't know how to work (step by step), they don't even understand LUXURY, but once, you have given them any suggestion, they'll quickly pen it down with a deadline date and now you are the responsible person to do that work without any resources or any help. They expect you to do everything right from Branding, Marketing, Administration, Sampling, HR, Sales, IT, Operations, Pantry work (you name it and they expect you to to do that by yourself) and you can't say NO and can't even say that I haven't done it before - this is not my core working area, or else they will interrogate you like NCB & ED and will give you lectures for 2-3 hours and will tell you how WRIGHT BROTHERS have invented airplane without any prior experience of making airplanes. Everything, A bunch of amateurs not willing to learn decided to create a brand out of a 5 decade old product by making minor changes. No work ethics, no professionalism, unpleasant directors who gets involved in every unnecessary area. They work on a concept of Use & Throw. I joined almost as a fresher and am still working witht this organisation. Have gotten one promotion so far and that too withing 6 months after joining. Top management is quite energetic and at the same time are open to new ideas and suggestions.
