When i left BAJAJ FINSERVE in 2019 ,i did not get time off even on Saturday and Sunday due to work pressures. That is why i was not able to give time to my family

Very offensive work culture. Lot of abusive language used by senior and specially mid level managers. When auch abuseive language reported to HR then they will not take any action & inform to employees managers. Which resulted as employee decorated as non performer by their managers. Do not recommend anyone to accept offer from suchcompany. Zero work life balance. Six days working and no public holidays follwed by co. Only 5 to 6 public holiday in year. Many times people work on sundays and even when on leave. Terreible experience of mine. Had sustain terrible 6 long years in this co due to financial liabililities. . A good place to work and gain experience if you are starting as fresher. Maybe, at times you might not get that work-life balance, but as fresher more emphasis should be laid on the learning process. Seniors and managers are super supportive, ready to help at any time. The one thing I loved about this company is that the managers have a good technical and managerial skills unlike some managers who only knows the managerial stuffs. 1st nd 4th saturdays are working for most of team, which basically depends on the manager whether he wants the team to wfh or wfo.
