Bajaj Finance Limited is a big finance company in India, I am very lucky that I got an opportunity to work as a sales executive in such a big finance company. Where I got to learn a lot and I got a chance to improve myself there and the senior employees there also support their juniors a lot and I am very happy that I worked as a fresher in such a big company.

Bajaj Finance Limited is a very big name in the finance sector in India, but I have worked here as a sales executive. It is very difficult for me to maintain work-life balance as much as I can.

I worked in bajaj finance for year as a sales executive in personal department and performed very well but no one supported me and my seniors did not move me onroll my hard work is of no use

Everything is very chill. Managers and senior managers are not cocky. Most of them are like seniors from college, everyone is friendly and help out with everything.

Currently there's a significant cut in incentives. That also depends on which department you work in.
