I have never worked in such a lala company earlier. It's totally lala kind of organization. High political environment. No growth.no time table followed. I worked in Noida branch. It was a blunder that I have joined bajaj capital . I worked in ICICI securities first so I had an experience of a good n systematic organization so I was not able to adjust in this kind of unsystematic organization. Even there is no notice period, it depends on your boss, some time it s of 10days, 12 days or so on. They won't pay you a single penny of your notice period salary. They will make you fool n give you a non sense excuse n explanation for your salary adjustment. Which would not be easy to digest. I worked in bajaj for 2 yrs. But I couldn't adjust. Whoever worked in good organization like ICICI, kotak or hdfc they can't work. Totally pathetic company. Koi bhi bnda yahan kam ni kr skta until n unless usko jihajuri krna or chaplusi karna ni aata ho. Khas kr k noida ki branches to baht hi bekar hai....Read More
