1. Leadership Skill Development is absolutely missing. and hence long working people skill sets are not up to the mark. The digital platform is not going to give a solution 100%. Must have clear career path programs which is missing. The appraiser is not really mean in BAL, all the decisions are taken from the top level. The relationship between RO /ZO/HO must improve, need to consult and must feel that RO is the important team. Policies are not customer friendly and the field is not having importance in this company unlike other organizations in the industry. I was in OEM manufacturing, it was very good experience of my life, there is much more things to learn, company provides all the facilities, the 3 shift system is very good idea, there is no headache for line engineers. only fisih yr work in time cycle. canteens transportation gym etc facilities available.
