The 10x Mindset
Agr aap apni salary ka 10x kaam krogy na toh jo apki kal ki salary hai na wo 10x ho jayegi..
Logon ki soch: "Mujhe yeh salary mil rahi hai, toh main kam kaam karunga."
Lekin yeh soch bilkul galat hai!
Taaki main apne mind mai jeet jaun.
That is actually counter-intrusive n that is so wrong...
Instead, focus on this: take the salary you're currently earning and deliver 10 times the value. Be the most consistent person in your organization and show up every time an opportunity arises.
That's what my manager said...what do you think??? is he making sense out of it ???

I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit...
