It’s more like a government company where politics is valued more than efforts. Employees are not up to the mark with their knowledge. Not a very friendly environment for women to work at. Vehicles safety is a major concern as vehicles get keyed by random bystanders,etc.

This company is made up of criminals starting from channel head to lower level employees. If you are a woman and from a different region than the majority, then only god can help you. They hire guards who instead of safeguarding the employees find new ways of planting camera in female employees home watching their bodies, gaslighting them continuously, manipulating employees to have s*x without will while watching show in camera. Meanwhile this shi***le company's ceo keeps buying certifications of ' great place to work ' , does photo ops on women's day meanwhile perpetuating s****l violence against women ( by hiring r*****s from the gutters of Delhi as senior mgmt ). Also the HR will force you to resign instead of providing recourse. And they will force you to get rid of evidence so that it becomes difficult going to police.
