Don’t go for WFH they’re liars scammers. Especially from RPD east channel all are liars in interview they said there is fix salary but employees salary is depend on their monthly sales target and if they are fail to achieve that target employees don’t get their basic salary also. I am working in RPD channel of bajaj Allianz and with that I am suffer a lot over here in interview they told that RP post have fixed payout and no target base job but after completing that sales and 4 employee Recruitment and promoted to RP post . My basic and fixed salary both depend on my goal sheet " sales Target" from the teamif you complete 50% of business then company will pay basic 7k or if you achieved per month target then you will get your fixed salary. And if you will not achieve your target then you will not get any basic and fixed salary means no salary and policies criteria like 40,000 premium annually means first term premium amount will paid annually there is no installments. From 2nd term you can choose that option . No data from the side of company for sales or even for Recruitment some employees purchase their own data company didnt provide it .
