Verbal abuse and humiliation by management Discrimination and favoritism Unclear expectations and constantly changing goals This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reminiscent of slavery. I believe that all employees deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and it's our responsibility to speak out against such abuses." 1. Complete job security HR won't let people leave that easily. 2. Flexible timings 3. Your promotion is completely in your hands no manager ratings but target is very high. 4. Nice party and enjoyment qualificationss.

1. You won't get promotion of you don't complete the target and target are not kept achievable in 3 yrs one designation target has been raised by 50% 2. They ask you to work on Saturday and sundays also but where as it is actually leave in attendance. 3. No proper Holidays for festivals. 4. No work life balance
