Culture is now a days going on stake. Since irdai changed its some rules organisation got shaken up and trying to get back on track. Also while expanding they did not do quality hire and hence business expected is not coming.

- Very first i would like to mention is work life Balance - Management seriously needs to think and action on the same. though if you are in your early age below 30/32 you should definitely burn out yourself here so that you learn what is pressure and if you can bear it and come out of it, you will be successful in any organisation.- Incentives payout is good, though changes in the policy is not good as Qtrly payments should be paid in the consecutive month which is delayed for 2 months. - Appraisal can be more better, though Bell Curve method is used however there is a lot of biasness and recent incidents or achievements acts as a major roles in the overall appraisals. Since my Manager is good he had ensured and full filled all the commitments in our team but this is not happening across. - Ethical things are not promoted here as Heads of the department plays major roles in decision makings....Read More

1. You won't get promotion of you don't complete the target and target are not kept achievable in 3 yrs one designation target has been raised by 50% 2. They ask you to work on Saturday and sundays also but where as it is actually leave in attendance. 3. No proper Holidays for festivals. 4. No work life balance
