Culture is now a days going on stake. Since irdai changed its some rules organisation got shaken up and trying to get back on track. Also while expanding they did not do quality hire and hence business expected is not coming.

Not getting salary on time, bad Area manger, bad HR, Always getting negative reviews no matter how much efforts we are giving . No support from highers ups. Getting too much calls and VC even on holidays. Still didn't got experience letter.

Here there is no system for credit the salary and it's based on Manager's wish . If Manager wants to hold the salary, he can without any reason also... So Bajaj is not better choice for who works harldy with honesty....

No Supprtive Management. We don't have access to mark our attendance. Area Manager & RM both are running their own Real Estate business, loan business so they don't come to office.
