Branch Managar Behavior is not good for employees and renewal commission not satisfied for advisor like renewal commission is 2% in bajaj life but other insurance company its 5%.

Zero work life balance, no leaves given they mark LOP whatever problem you have, Boss always shouts, He does not know how to talk to employees, no motivation, They only demotivates and ask and push you to resign from the job. Mental torture. I will recommend not to work in this company.

Office politics some how reporting manager behaviour and supporting is not so good in office every employee is at same category he should support every one equally if some one performance is not so good than ask him and train him. Manager job is to handle and control to each and every staff not only some people because of this behaviour some staff is stop doing work.
