1. Complete job security HR won't let people leave that easily. 2. Flexible timings 3. Your promotion is completely in your hands no manager ratings but target is very high. 4. Nice party and enjoyment qualificationss.

1. You won't get promotion of you don't complete the target and target are not kept achievable in 3 yrs one designation target has been raised by 50% 2. They ask you to work on Saturday and sundays also but where as it is actually leave in attendance. 3. No proper Holidays for festivals. 4. No work life balance

Not getting salary on time, bad Area manger, bad HR, Always getting negative reviews no matter how much efforts we are giving . No support from highers ups. Getting too much calls and VC even on holidays. Still didn't got experience letter.
