Good work environment and culture. Teammates are suppertive and the management is transparent. There ias a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company plicies are good appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There ias a lot of politics and the management does't addresa our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is no work life balance in the company. Also, the managers expect you to be available on Sunday as well and if not then a dirty politics get started against you. Support from manager is not at all available.

I joined bagic back in 2018 as a executive trainee and thereafter got promoted as a senior executive.. belive me life was hectic at bagic.. there is no job security at all ..as you get daily job fire dhamaki from seniors and Galiya as well.. Upper management is worst.. if anyone joining.. then pls change plan and don't waste time..no growth is there. Your work start at 8.30 and finishes at 9 pm sometimes 11 pm.
