Basically i liked the staff working with Baithak, I am proud myself that under my supervision and training they crossed a mile for themselves and the growth of the company.

Dislikes

For me job security was important, being whole and soul in charge of the restaurant there was interference in staff from the board of directors. So the working balance was cut down between the Manager and the staff.

Work Details

I used to make myself work a organizing one. So my staff enjoys it that makes me feel great at the end of the day.
