At first everything was good there, but after a horrible person in HR department joined, company ruined their image completely. Many employees who worked with this company for so long left the organization just because of a single person i.e. HR of this company.

Basically it’s a good platform to learn but not much growth over here. Sometimes they do play game with employees.At the time of appraisals increments employees never get satisfaction and a good increment. Few policies are not reliable here for employees.At the time of work load they use to their employees completely but after that period of time they try to find badness of employee.

Overall working with B2B hospitality was a good experience and got opportunity to work with the top most brands of hotel with good exposure.

Dislikes

Working environment is against an employee point of view since management is always trying a person backwards despite of there hard work, extra working hours of 20 hours a day without overtime and incentives. Moreover they do not give any increment in salaries despite of performing your tasks well.
