The most thing I like that they are explaining all the things very clearly. Like we are freshers we don't know how to balance our work like and personal life, but they are arranging many session for motivating us . Moreover managers and teams are very good.

If you're wiling to join the Co. join other location but not Kolkata. The ADC Manager in kolkata (SHE) plays monopoly very well and include useless admin task and if you opt to say anything against her you will be on the hit list "Pressurise employee to resign" Things you will see after working under her: 1. No life only work. 2. Support or listen to other team members/ET but not your own team. 3. Micromanagement at its peak. 4. Join hands with the HR so no employee can complain against her. 5. Theyn need to revise there salary structure. We do not get paid for the actual hours we put to work. They don't even give small gifts that every company does on festivals like Diwali and everything. The behaviour with the employees is too bad sometimes.
