Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Work culture in B S R & Co. LLP is really bad for Jaipur Location. The concept of work life balance is completely missing. Moreover, the senior management doesn't recognize the efforts of the team and clearly a biased person.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
