Theyn need to revise there salary structure. We do not get paid for the actual hours we put to work. They don't even give small gifts that every company does on festivals like Diwali and everything. The behaviour with the employees is too bad sometimes. Managers are not at all supportive. They abuse you for no reason. Partners only listen to what managers say they never listen to freshers or new joinees or juniors. Even the HRs are not at supportive you have to follow up with them for everything they are just getting salary for doing nothing
