Management doesn't pay much heed to the conflict and internal motivation of an employee. Good career option for fresher but career growth is bit slow

It was challenging, that makes the journey more interesting. I gained a lot of skills and knowledge about the sector. I was self-motivated and identifies ways for new learnings.
