Job Description
Eligibility
- Graduation with minimum 5 years teaching experience OR Postgraduation with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
- Candidates with relevant on-field experience in the social sector may also apply.
- Willingness to travel within the district/state.
- Language proficiency in Hindi and English.
- Perspectives on education and society
- Subject knowledge (Early Language and Math is a specific focus area currently)
- Pedagogy and assessment
- Academic leadership
- Peer learning - Working in groups with teachers on different subject specific topics as per the curriculum
- Collaborative work - Mobilizing and working with teachers to organize workshops and melas
- Reflective practices - Writing a daily diary, critically reviewing programs and one s own contribution, engaging in collective dialogue to bring creativity in one s own work
- Contributing towards management of our Teacher Learning Centres in different blocks
- Practicing democratic values
- Supporting colleagues on various projects
- Developing yourself both academically and as a better human being
- Contributing to various initiatives, programs, events and annual plan of your District
