There is no much growth. I had to compromise my social and personnel a lot. Work satisfaction is very less. Increment is very low. Very less leaves.

If a person want to teach in secondary or senior secondary level, it is not for him. There are lot of opportunities to experiment with early learners or primary level children. Foundation works at foundation level or root level which is very necessary to strengthen the whole education tree.

I served as Resource person in Bhimtal,Nainital and it was fantastic journey. Foundation gave me an ample opportunity to learn and develop an understanding about education and school education system. Team mates with whom I worked, they were adorable and supportive. I still miss them.
