Job Description
- Primary Teacher - Graduation along with D.Ed.
- Upper Primary and High School - Bachelors of Education degree (B.Ed.)
- Pre Primary Teacher- Degree with NTT/Montessori or equivalent teacher training course
- Physical Education/Fine Art - Bachelor s degree in physical education/fine arts
- Librarian - Bachelor s degree in library science
- At least 2 years of teaching experience and the ability to teach in English and Kannada is a must
Roles and Responsibilities
- Facilitate the development of children with diverse backgrounds, interests, and abilities through participative classroom processes
- Encourage active discovery and independent learning
- Develop curriculum and content for teaching-learning based on the context of the children
- Develop a curricular plan and achieve curricular objectives for each child
- Continuously engage with the community and parents to ensure their participation in school processes
- Participate in and build school processes
