Locality is good. Everything is available near by.

Dislikes

Round the clock working hours. Senior doctor very rude. Beware of manager. Never trust anyone with anything. Be bold

Work Details

Very stressful. Can't work for long time. Gud for beginners. They get to know how to deal with Ayurveda therapists and other staffs at hospital. Will get a good life lesson. Will understand hw beautiful is the outside wrld after getting out frm that place

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
