The company has minus etiquettes towards their employees. They only recruit female candidates so that they do not provide salaries to them without any consequences at the end. I would like to throw some light on new applicants please avoid any application in this fraud company.

the undesirable work environment, groupisum, favoritism, malicious intent toward newcomers, they very bad reputation in keeping employees at the office. Please I have spent my whole one month there and they have not credited my salary yet.

there is nothing you like about Ayon,they are not able to give you salary on time,they hire you on salary module and after some days they transfer you on commission module .the co. Owner himanshu arora try to save his money by showing your fake late punch in and holidays the culture of co. Is so negative most of time you see ex-employee in officee because they are trying to resolve there last salary when co.fired him.As i talk about job security co. Firef you in 2-3month by giving any silly excuse, What i see in my career 1-co. Terminated me and my team by giving an excuse that intern are going to take place of yours. 2-then co. Deliver real issue they don't't have fund to pay you, how? There is no answer for that . There is no permanent staff only Sakshi which take care for hr,and accounts and admin .
