One of the worst work culture company every time the great place to work award get the company but they do not give the form to employee they only fill and submit in the gptw There is no holiday like if u join u will not have any holidays u have to work for 30 days in a month with no timing almost 14 hrs daily I

Management is very bad. No one is able to listen your voice. I have given 5 years and 6 months to the company but company didn't gave me 5 year Gold Coin gift i asked many time with my seniors and Hr but no one gave reply me. One of my colleague gave 5 years and 1 month to the company but his HOD gave him Gold coin gift even my colleague joined another company. His HOD called him and said come to branch and get your gift. But my HOD have no time to reply me on mail. Company Management did partiality with me. Also company didn't gave me my 2022 FA year PL encashment. They were not respond to ex staffs,and they don't even bother about settlement. We should ask them repeatedly. I have worked here 7 years but no response after resignation. And HR team should focus on hiring part. Company was so good but management .... Also matter.
