None of the leaders of the account heads have any what is happening. By the moment, client email arrives the blame game gets initiated. One of the worst leadership that you can expect in the industry. It is good to be questioned and even blamed, but only worthwhile to hear if the leadership is of quality or has any skills. Most of the principles here, both of very low knowledge, low quality, communication skills, low ideas, clearly, you feel like respecting or even talking to none of them. Apart from this cheating in terms of rules, salary, salary increases, bones also joining bonus without telling the employee of Locking period are very very common. - Most ridiculous and disgusting organisation (not sure if I should call it an organisation or a bunch of donkeys) - work is pure labour with no skills and critical thinking involved - Managers and Leadership does not care about employees - Harassment, bullying and abusing practices are pretty common - If you raise concern to leadership or HR over harassment and politics in the team, they will remove you from the team and deny promotion and increment (and the people you raised complaint against will get promoted with no repercussions) - HR and Leadership does not do anything about harassment cases, even if you have solid proof with voice recordings - They hire illiterate people from cognizant to save cost and only favour them, and discriminate against other people - Favouritism and discrimination are pretty common practices there...Read More

And senior manager supports the middle management based on the number of experience they are in this organization. Instead of who is right or wrong. Worst place to work. As good as EY that you hear in the news. 1. Unless you are from top tier college, you'll never get a good project. Get ready to work on Excel and PPTs and calling it analytics. 2. You don't need skills to survive here. People with absolute zero knowledge are Managers and in Leadership. If you can bootlick, steal credit of others work and write great emails and make nice presentations, you can thrive here. Or an MBA degree from any cheap college will work. 3. Work life Balance is as bad as it can get. They expect 12 hours daily(even on weekends) and want you to be available 24*7. And that is bare minimum. Anything less that that and you don't expect appraisal. 4. You will never get leaves even if you are genuinely sick or someone dies in your family. Especially in CE under certain projects. 5. HR policies: They have hired a bunch of HRs for god knows what reason who have no work all day except implementing policies and firing people for minor issues. WFH/WFO policies are so strict and stringent, it's better to just come office daily. 6. Zero culture. Cut throat and credit hogging culture is rampant in certain projects. You can successfully run polticial campaigns after working here. 7. Leadership is a joke. Management is just for namesake. My previous manager worked barely two hours a day and still was able to get all awards and promotion by taking credit of team's work. I left this company even before I had an offer in hand. I would rather be unemployed than tolerate their harrasment on a daily basis. Any good review you read is probably from HRs, Management or freshers. Since it is a young organisation with a very young population so there is a lot of employee engagement happening every now and then. All 3 meals are free to every employee. Appraisals are somehow imbalanced, at one time I saw 55% of organisation got promoted and given good salary hikes while the immediate next year it went down to 30% and even increments were deferred.
