Position Summary:

If so, we want you to be a key player in our dynamic and growing Product Marketing team! We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing data-analytics software company.
- This role connects our product strategy to marketing execution that will drive success for our suite of Life Sciences commercial platforms and applications.
- You will be responsible for spearheading all B2B marketing activities for your specific product including battlecard creation, datasheets/flyers, videos, webinars, sales enablement assets, marketing campaigns, point of views, release notes, and case studies.
- The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, hardworking, and passionate about driving market success for innovative products.
- Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to success.
- The ability to grasp and present our product's value proposition in a way that articulates how we solve our buyers' problems is key to this profile.
- You will track performance and have the data to prove what is working and what is not.
Responsibilities:
- Develop go-to-market plans for the platforms/products you support, including key activities towards retention acquisition of new customers Large and SMB customers.
- Collaborate with product management and portfolio marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand and document our buyers' process, including where they obtain information and how they make buying decisions.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and be an expert on our competition and their positioning.
- Brainstorm assets with key stakeholders, demonstrating strong domain and product feature knowledge.
- Understand and plan feature releases for products across an integrated product suite.
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis and report back to the business on required changes.
- Understand and support vertical and sales teams, develop objection handling documents, and train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users.
Skills Needed:
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, or similar B2B role.
- Ability to manage stakeholders in a complex environment with strong communication skills.
- Aptitude to explain complex topics in a straightforward manner.
- Solid writing and content development skills.
- Familiarity with product marketing campaigns and tactics.
- Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
- Analytical mindset and strong quantitative skills.
- Keen eye for detail and creativity while building assets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is or isn't working.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years in B2B product marketing roles.
- 2-3 years of experience in the Life sciences/Pharma/healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Commercial, Sales, and Marketing functions will be preferred.
- Prior understanding of Analytics, Data Management tools will be a plus.
- Experience working with global companies preferred.
