1. No grooming for leadership roles. Finish the tenure and be a Manager - doesn't matter you don't know anything about managing things. 2. None of the experienced employees know how to talk - soft skills are not there at all. Result: freshers lack them too. 3. No planning for future... hire freshers and save money. Doesn't matter experienced people are crushed in middle. 4. On-site folks are USELESS. No ethics, No communication skills. Use senior position as license to be rude and arrogant....Read More
