I have heard they provide good appraisals but i feel they just compensates for the toxicity they cause in an employees life.

Axtria is strongly driven by policies. They do not consider any exception even if you are dying, they all ask you to follow the policy and then die accordingly. Else they will deduct your salary marking you on "leave without pay".
