All management control by his main office Gurgaon. In new offices in others cites they don't have much senior person. So if you are working from others cites your rest of team setting on Gurgaon and noida office. Work from office policy are very bad. Unclear management and leadership , they have no clue and no reach in retaining clients, hence we keep loosing clients.
