It’s an old school “baniya” company. No focus on technology, replete with politics and tyrants. Work is neither recognized, nor rewarded. Hire/Fire culture. The moment you achieve an important milestone, the question asked is - “ is this person needed anymore”, rather than “good work”. Stay miles away, business is dead anyway. It has all the negatives of a startup and a large corporate, combined into a mush of toxicity and delivered by the truck load...Read More
